Plug-in your data card with your laptop or desktop With Other then Default sim.Then install Dashboard provided in Data card And Open it. Create new profile for you network provider (Using APN and User name and password), try to connect to the internet now.

Unlocking Process:-
- Remove the default sim ( airtel ) from you modem and connect modem to your computer , male sure its connected properly
- Software will be open automatically , you need to close the default software , and need to install mobile partner dashboard update to you modem ( if you have already installed no problem , just close the application ) for download the latest version of mobile partner.
- Install and update mobile partner to your modem , and remove the default application , and remove its all files from c drive , then restart your system , and connect your modem again then it asks for install new mobile partner , its the universal application from huawei,
- After the installation check the modem is properly connected, then close the application , don’t remove modem
- Open the second file its the unlocked firmware for E1731 that can be downloaded from here, OR mirror (Download)and install this firmware to your modem ,
- If the instillation asks for a password put your flash code as the password, this installation completes and your modem unlocked for permanently, i checked this my self , and personally recommended to some friends, they also unlocked their modems.if this process asks for a password you need to enter your flash code as the password ,
- You can generate your flash code and unlock code by entering your imei to huawei code generator.
