After the Elevate 4G has been unlocked the APN settings (connection settings) may need to be manually updated to work with SIM cards from other mobile network providers.
- Connect to the web admin interface by opening a web browser and going to https://att.elevate
- type attadmin (default Admin Login) in the login box
- Select ADVANCED SETTINGS > WAN > SETUP > ADD/EDIT PROFILES
- From the drop down menu select [new…]
- Enter the name and APN settings for the mobile network operator you want to use
- Click SAVE
- ‘Default Profile’ select the profile just created
- Click SAVE
