In this post, I quickly want to show you how to use dc unlocker software to unlock modems and also to know the firmware version of Huawei E367 and any modem. You can use dc unlocker client to unlock mtn modem, glo modem, etisalat modem as well as airtel modems.

Here is a step by step guide on using Dc-Unlocker :-

• Ensure you’ve installed the modem on your PC.
• If modem is connected to the internet, disconnect it.
• Leave the modem plugged to the PC
• Double-click the on dc-unlocker2client in the dc unlocker folder
• Check your modem dongle if it's locked.
• Select manufacturer of your modem from the drop-down list
• Set model to “Auto-detect”
• Click the magnifying glass icon.
• Wait till it shows details of the plugged modem.
• Detect your modem dongle
• Select “generate unlock code by imei"
• Click “Do job”
• Wait for a moment till the program.
• unlock is successfully done.

Note:-

1. Make sure that the computer has all the drivers. (The easiest way to make sure that your computer meets this requirement is to connect the modem to the computer and connect to internet.)
2. Close any type of connection program like Mobile Partner or Branded mobile software (Modem must not be connected to the internet, modem light must be blinking, software must not be running)
